Age-inclsuive team
Eldpathy’s team consist of 40 elderly and young people. We believe that an unique and strong “cross generation power” can be created by combining the experience & wisdom of elderly and passion & creativity of young people. Via this power, we enable participants to have fun and at the same time build an empathetic mindset toward elderly.

黃幹知
社會工作督導主任，資深前線社工及培訓導師，擁多年青少年工作、前線社工、老師及企業培訓經驗，曾出版多本小組帶領書籍及教材套，亦曾擔任香港公開大學護理及健康學院擔任顧問專家，編撰社區照顧教材。
